A Customer Service Representative will call you once your application has been received


You are a New Customer if You:

    • Do not currently have gas service in your name
    • Have had gas service in the past but don't currently have service
       
Associated Fees to Establish Service:

Home with Existing Gas Line

    • Service Origination Fee
    • Deposit (if applicable)
       

Home without a Gas Line

    • Service Origination Fee
    • Deposit (if applicable)
    • Tap Fee
    • Aid in Construction Fee (if applicable)

 

 Please Note: 

    • All fees must be paid before service will be established
    • See Fee Summary for current fee information
    • YCNGA reserves the right to request proof of occupancy
    • Someone will need to be at the residence if there are pilot lights that need to be lit
    • Every effort will be made to offer same day service if we receive your request before 3:30 p.m. and a meter is in place.
    • If a meter has to be set, service may take up to two business days. 
    • A pressure test is required on homes with a service line but no meter set
