  • 4 tbsp butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel
  • 3/4 tsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 6 ears of white corn husked, rinsed
  • chopped fresh cilantro

  • 4 tbsp butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel
  • 3/4 tsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 6 ears of white corn husked, rinsed
  • chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill corn until beginning to soften, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  4. Brush all over with hoisin butter; continue to grill until corn is tender, brushing occasionally with more hoisin butter, about 5 minutes longer.
  5. Transfer to platter; brush with more hoisin butter.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
Recipe Notes

Hoisin sauce and chili garlic sauce can be found in the Asian
food section of many supermarkets.
