Grecian Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 4.5 oz Lime juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. Oregano
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
In a large resealable bag combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and oregano. Add tenderloin and marinade 2-5 hours.
Preheat grill for medium hot. Brush grates with oil and place meat on grill.
Cook over medium heat 25 minutes turning once.
