Start / Stop / Change Service
To START service, CHANGE / MOVE service or ADD a location use our ONLINE APPLICATION.
What happens next? A Customer Service Representative will contact you at the daytime number provided on the application. Every effort will be made to offer same day service if we receive your request before 3:30 p.m. and a meter is in place.
NOTE: If you are requesting service to a rental property we may require a copy of your lease agreement.
Moving?
As a current YCNGA customer you can transfer your service to a new location using the ONLINE APPLICATION.
During your move service can be active at both locations for up to two (2) weeks. If service at both locations will be on longer than two (2) weeks, choose to ADD a location.
Plan ahead! You can schedule your transfer in advance of your move, just have your start and stop dates ready.
Stop Service
To terminate your service, call us at (803) 323-5304, option 1, or fill out the following form. Please note that turn-offs are completed during weekdays, Monday – Friday only. The turn off date MUST BE a future date – do not enter a retroactive date in the form below.
